About the Chiropractor
Dr. Michelle Snider is a military spouse born and raised in Colorado. She attended undergrad at the University of Colorado studying physiology, sleep science and philosophy. She then went on to chiropractic school at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She has taken extensive post-graduate classes in the areas of functional neurology, nutrition and functional wellness. Dr. Michelle also has training in kinesiotaping and instrument assisted soft tissue techniques. She has a deep interest for the healing power of plants and enjoys crafting her own tinctures from medicinal plants and herbs.
Dr. Michelle is a Navy wife passionate about serving the military and their families. She was the president of The Oakleaf Club of Greater Washington DC which supports Walter Reed patients and staff. She has also held research positions studying sleep, fatigue and circadian topics for the military.
Dr. Michelle enjoys skiing, rock climbing and hiking with her husband, daughter, son and dogs.
